ROAD ASSIST

Mainenance Service

Modern bikes require less maintenance than they did in the 60's and 70's but they still need a lot more maintence than a car. Theft and Accident Claim

THEFT CLAIM

• FILE MOTORCYCLE THEFT CLAIM - Submit the duly signed claim form, registration certificate, insurance policy and police report to the insurance company.
• APPROVAL, SETTLEMENT - After claim is approved, hand over transfer RC document, all sets of keys and give a letter of subrogation to the insurance company.
• REIMBURSEMENT - The amount approved as per the surveyor's report will be reimbursed to the insured.

ACCIDENT CLAIM

• BIKE RECOVERY - Collection of your bike from your address or from the scene of an incident. 

• REPAIR ASSESSMENT - A fully priced and detailed estimate of the damage to your bike with professional advice.

• BIKE REPAIR - Your bike will be repaired to the highest standards, using only original parts.
