- FILE MOTORCYCLE THEFT CLAIM - Submit the duly signed claim form, registration certificate, insurance policy and police report to the insurance company.
- APPROVAL, SETTLEMENT - After claim is approved, hand over transfer RC document, all sets of keys and give a letter of subrogation to the insurance company.
- REIMBURSEMENT - The amount approved as per the surveyor's report will be reimbursed to the insured.
